All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after production:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Styl is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Styl is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you.
