Thank you for shopping with R88. Each item is made to order to ensure quality and reduce unnecessary waste. Because of this, we ask that customers review their order carefully before completing their purchase.


Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please refer to the sizing information provided on each product page before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund if applicable.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
